To grow our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious MuleSoft Engineer, who can build integrations, API gateways, connectors, ETL, and other data flow orchestrations on the MuleSoft platform. You will be part of our Tech Engineering team and will be responsible for MuleSoft solutions which integrate digital environments and e-commerce platforms with other systems within the existing technical landscape of our clients.
After all, integrations are an essential part of the digital transformations at our clients. By building and implementing software components from MuleSoft you have a lot of impact on processes that occur within the landscape. That’s why you are an expert with Hybrid Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft but are also familiar with other modern iPaaS platforms.
And what makes this feature even better? It is an in-house position at our office which is a stone’s throw from the Lisbon Santos station just by the riverside!
At the moment we mostly work from home and the first job interviews take place online, but we have the most admirable fun factory and we will be totally open for you to decide your work-life balance 🙂

You work within an ambitious team, where new colleagues participate in our Scrum team on current projects from day one;

In addition, there is also a lot of room to design, to uncover requirements and to steer within the Scrum team in addition to coding;
What do we ask of you?
You have a completed HBO or WO education, preferably in a technical direction;
You are a smart cookie;
You also have sufficient design skills and you dare to ask questions and collect requirements;
You have a healthy ambition, are eager to learn, but above all you feel responsible to do good work;
You enjoy your work and want to make beautiful software together with your team!
Your communicative and written skills in English and Dutch are fine;
- Have at least 1 year of experience with MuleSoft development such as Mule ESB and Mule API Management;
- Have experience with other platforms like Apigee, Azure APIM, AWS API gateway, Kong (plus);
- Have experience with iPaaS providers such as Tibco, Outsystems (plus);
- Have experience with Integration Architecture concepts, such as API-Led, SOAP, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON Services;
- Have experience with integration patterns like one way sync, bi-directional sync, data aggregation, API Gateway pattern, API Management;
- Have knowledge and experience with Java, XML, RAML, JavaScript, SQL, Webservices, API’s;
- Speak English fluently.
